How did we get here?
ShortTrack was first built in response to managing the distressed real estate market in 2009. In 2011, the direct operations of the Midwest’s two largest title companies began using ShortTrack’s software. Since then, ShortTrack has continued its mission to make it simple for all stakeholders to collaborate securely in a transaction. The details are in finding the perfect balance between simplicity and security…while never sacrificing security.
We believe that real estate agents are a key driver of a seamless closing experience. That’s why we give ShortTrack away for free to agents. Even though our customers are title companies, we were the first transaction management software to integrate with Zillow’s tech connect platform in 2014. We’ve continued our agent outreach by integrating with zipLogix, Dotloop, DocuSign Transaction Rooms, DocuSign, BrokerSumo, Zillow/Trulia, DropBox, MailChimp, Google and Outlook Calendars. For our title agencies, ShortTrack integrates with industry leaders RamQuest, ResWare, SoftPro…and we’re adding more. Let us know what you use, and we’ll tell you how close we are to completing the integration!
Like all good things in the Midwest, we are home-grown with no outsourcing. If you’d like to join, drop us a line!
